A definition of Naturism is frequently given; it is issued from a congress of the International Naturism Federation (INF), 1974. Naturism is a way of life in harmony with nature characterized by the practice of communal nudity, with the intention of encouraging self-respect, respect for others and for the environment. (International Congress - Agde 1974) .This definition is rather mysterious, but when we practice Naturism, we adopt it. To enlighten this definition, here are some bearings of Naturist life.
